Lit Witch
noun
1. Lover of books, writing, & magic
2. Supporter of Inglenook Literary Magazine
Do you love tales about magical things? Do you write them, or know someone who does? Inglenook Lit is seeking submissions! Send us fiction or nonfiction that explores the unexplainable, contemplates the Divine, or dives head-first into mystery. Send us stories (real or imagined) about monsters, ghosts, fairies, or witches. Give us your reflective essays on your obsession with magic. Or your confusion about it. Or your fear of it.
Shopping can be helpful for creativity. When you buy Inglenook’s merch, you’re doing three things:
Bringing good magic to yourself
Supporting the witchy writers who keep the engine going (not the editors, to be clear, but the staff writers whose work we publish)
Helping fundraise for our future print anthologies
Recent publications on Inglenook include work by Tara McCann (Fiction) and Kristen Renee (Nonfiction), two pieces that deal in mystery, psychological complexity, and the otherworldliness of nature—frightening in McCann’s piece, inspiring in Renee’s.
More incredible pieces coming soon!
